Jersey, Channel Islands January 25, 2016 Horizon Petroleum plc (the “Corporation”) (TSX.V: HPL) announces that, due to market conditions, it has requested and received an extension from the TSX Venture Exchange for the closing of the private placement previously announced on November 9, 2015, and as amended December 23, 2015. The Company anticipates closing the private placement on or before February 24, 2016.
